Following the decision of the Listing Department of 19 March, trading in

securities of AB Naftos Terminalas (code 11166) will be suspended due to the

general shareholders’ meeting from 29 March 2002 until the day the material

event is announced. On the agenda – increase of the authorized capital out of

the company’s funds.
