STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH A RUSSIAN COMPANY



The Russian company Eurochim and AB Lifosa agreed on strategic partnership.

Mineral - Chemical Company Eurochim, which is one of the leaders of the Russian

market of mineral fertilizers, signed an agreement regarding acquisition of the

controlling block of shares of AB Lifosa, the largest producer of mineral

fertilizers in Lithuania.
