RESULT OF THE ACCOUNTABLE PERIOD AND SUMS PAYABLE



According to the preliminary data, in the first quarter of 2002 AB Kauno

Energija earned profit of LTL 18,628,325.00. At the end of the accountable

period (30 04 2002), all sums payable and liabilities exceeded the authorized

capital 1.97 times (the sums payable and liabilities of the current year exceed

the authorized capital 0.67 times).
