DECISIONS OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 29 April 2002, a general meeting of AB Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas

shareholders took place. At the meeting, the company’s net profit earned in

2001 and amounting to LTL 4,034,360. The announced dividends are LTL 0.02 per

share, in total – LTL 2,615,904 was allotted for payment of dividends.
