REGISTRATION OF ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION



On 17 May 2002, amendments to the Articles of Association of AB Anyksciu Vynas

were registered with the Register of Enterprises of the Ministry of Economy:

the company’s authorized capital equals LTL 49,080,535, it is divided into

49,080,535 ordinary shares at LTL 1 par. The state owns 35,793,407 registered

shares of the total value of LTL 35,793,407; other legal and natural persons

hold 13,287,128 ordinary registered shares of the total value of LTL 13,287,128.
