RESULT OF PERFORMANCE IN APRIL 2002



In April 2002, the turnover of AB Grigiskes was LTL 5.6 million, or by

3.7% larger than in April 2001. During four months of the year, the company’s

 revenues reached LTL 20.7 million. In the accountable period last year,

the company’s revenues were similar. Last year, the company’s sales stood

at LTL 20.8 million in the period from January until April. This April,

AB Grigiskes earned LTL 275thou net profit, or by 47.8% more than

I April 2001 (LTL 186thou). During four months of this year, the company

earned net profit of LTL 517thou, whereas it suffered a loss of LTL 216thou

 during the same period last year.
