REDUCTION OF THE AUTHORIZED CAPITAL



On 31 May 2002, amendments of Articles of Association of AB Sanitas regarding

reduction of the authorized capital were registered with the Ministry of

Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. The registered authorized capital of AB

Sanitas equals LTL 27,814,800.
