PRICE FLUCTUATION MARGINS WILL NOT BE APPLIED



Following the decision of the Listing department of 5 June 2002, price

fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of AB Anyksciu Vynas

(code 11277) from 10 June 2002, reduction of the issue.

On 7 June 2002, the number of securities of the issue of AB Anyksciu Vynas will

be changed at the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. After the change,

the size of the issue 11277 will equal 49080535 units, the nominal value

remains at LTL 1, the total nominal value is LTL 49,080,535.
