THE LOSS OF A BLOCK OF SHARES OF AB NAUJIEJI VERKIAI



According to the notification submitted to the National Stock Exchange of

Lithuania on 6 June 2002 regarding the loss of the block of shares, on 30 May

2002, Rosemount Holdings LLC owned a 5.74% block of AB Naujieji Verkiai shares.
