1. To suspend trading of AB Mazeikiu Nafta ORS (code 11555) on the central

market on 19-06-2002 due to general meeting of shareholders.

2. To suspend trading of AB Lietuvos Dujos ORS (code 11622) on the central

market on 21-06-2002 due to general meeting of shareholders.

3. To suspend trading of AB Mazeikiu Elektrine ORS (code 12636) and AB Alytaus

Tekstine ORS (code 10090) on the central market on 25-06-2002 due to general

meeting of shareholders.

4. To suspend trading of AB Lietuvos Dujos ORS (code 11622) on the central

market on 27-06-2002 due to general meeting of shareholders.

5. To suspend trading of AB Klaipedos Nafta ORS (code 11165) on the central

market on 01-07-2002 due to general meeting of shareholders.

6. To suspend trading of AB Lietuvos Zemes Ukio Bankas ORS (code 10017) on 01-

07-2002 until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

due to general meeting of shareholders. Increase of the authorized capital will

be on the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders.
