DETERMINING OF THE EXACT NEW SHARE ISSUE PRICE OF AB MAZEIKIU NAFTA IN LITAS



The Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta took the following decisions on 17 June 2001:

1. To determine a new share issue price of new 58 139 029 ORS of AB Mazeikiu

Nafta, issued on 30 May 2002. According to the decision of the general meeting

of shareholders, the price of the share issue is LTL 83 840 940 (eighty three

million eight hundred and forty thousand nine hundred and forty litas).

2. To determine a new share issue price of new 131 820 176 ORS of AB Mazeikiu

Nafta, issued on 30 May 2002. According to the decision of the general meeting

of shareholders, the price of the share issue is LTL 190 149 060 (one hundred

and ninety million one hundred and forty nine thousand and sixty litas).
