2002 FIVE-MONTH OPERATING RESULTS



One of the biggest producers of wood fibre board and hygiene paper AB Grigiskes

earned LTL 620thou of net profit during 5 (five) months of this year. That is 7

times more in comparison with the results of the same period of last year (LTL

88thou). This May, the company’s profit amounted to LTL 103thou.



During the period of January - May of this year, AB Grigiskes sold production

for almost LTL 26m. Last year during the same period, the company’s production

sales were the same. The turnover of the company amounted to LTL 4.8m during

this May. In comparison with the company’s revenue last year, AB Grigiskes

revenue fell by 11% this May. Last May the company’s revenue came to LTL 5.4m.
