AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA ESTABLISHED A DAUGHTER COMPANY



According to the decision of the Management Board of AB Lietuvos Energija, a

daughter company UAB Skaipas was established on the basis of the branch office

Vilniaus Diskas.

The daughter company was registered at the State Register of Enterprises on 20

June 2002. AB Lietuvos Energija holds 100% of the company’s shares.
