UAB COMLIET SIGNED AN AGREEMENT REGARDING THE ESTONIAN COMPANY AS TELEGRUPP



On 4 July 2002, UAB Comliet, a subsidiary of AB Lietuvos Telekomas signed an

agreement for the purchase of 55 per cent of Estonian company AC Telegrupp. The

company AC Telegrupp shall continue its activities, but not limited to, of

provision of low voltage cabling and power supply services in Estonia and

possibly in other countries.
