DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (08 07 2002)



On 8 July 2002, the NSEL Management Board took the following decisions:

1. To suspend central market trading of AB Panevezio Pienas ORS (code 11311) on

16 June 2002 due to the meeting of shareholders.

2. To suspend trading in AB Naftos Terminalas ORS (code 11166) from 16 July

2002 until the announcement day of the material event due to the meeting of

shareholders. The agenda of the meeting of shareholders includes reduction of

the authorized capital by proportionally reducing the number of shares held

by all shareholders.

3. With reference to the NSEL Trading Rules para 71.1 (the issuer does not

comply with the requirements of the NSEL Trading Rules), to de-list AB Kauno

Audiniai ORS (code 10154) from the NSEL Current Trading List and to include

the securities into the Unlisted Securities group, to which central market

procedures are applied from 10 June 2002.
