INFORMATION REGARDING LOSS AND ACQUISITION OF THE BLOCK OF SHARES OF PANEVEZIO

PIENAS AB



On 16 July 2002, Rokiskio Suris AB lost all 34.78% of votes of the issuer held

by the right of ownership because the company granted the voting right to Jonas

Kvedaravicius to vote at his own discretion under proxy at the general meeting

of Panevezio Pienas AB shareholders which was held on 16 July 2002.

On 17 July 2002, after the period of the proxy expired, Jonas Kvedaravicius

lost 34.78% of votes of Panevezio Pienas AB which were granted to him by proxy,

and Rokiskio Suris AB acquired 34.78% of the issuer’s votes by the right of

ownership.

Notices concerning losses and acquisitions of blocks of shares were submitted

to the NSEL on 23 July 2002.
