PRELIMINARY SEMI-ANNUAL AND QUARTERLY RESULTS



According to the preliminary data, during six months of 2002, the company

earned pre-tax profit of LTL 40.9 million. In the second quarter of the current

year, the company’s pre-tax profit equaled LTL 30.5 million.
