ANNOUNCES ITS RESULTS FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2002



On 31 July 2002, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas approved unaudited financial

statements of AB Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group for the first half of 2002 prepared

according to International Accounting Standards. Consolidated Lietuvos

Telekomas’ Group net profit for the first half of 2002 was LTL 38,526 thousand,

revenues - LTL 491,514 thousand.
