AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION



The State Land Cadastre and Register registered amendments to the Articles

of Association regarding the reduction of the authorised capital.

The authorised capital was reduced by 3,926,049, by annulling the own

shares acquired by the company, according to Article 54of the Company Law.

The company’s authorised capital now equals LTL 35,334,442.
