Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Utenos

Trikotazas AB (code 10932) from 14 August 2002; reduced issue (decision of the

Listing Department, 12 August 2002).

On 13 August 2002, the issue of Utenos Trikotazas AB will be reduced at the

Central Securities Depository. After the change, the issue No.10932 will equal

35,334,442 units, at LTL 1 par each. The total nominal value is LTL 35,334,442.
