CREDITORS’ MEETING TOOK PLACE



On 5 September 2002, a meeting of creditors of Lifosa AB took place.

1) The creditors’ committee of 6 members was elected: Nikita Ananjevas

(chairman of the Committee),  Aleksej Kabin, Mindaugas Gedvilas, Floris

Bielders,Jorgen List, and Vytautas Sinius.

2) All rights of the creditors’ meeting were transferred to the creditors’

committee;

3) Work regulation of the creditors’ committee was approved;

4) Vytautas Kazdailis was elected administrator of Lifosa AB. Provisions of

the agreement  and the estimate of administrative expenses were approved.
