DECISION OF THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF LIETUVOS ZEMES UKIO BANKAS AB



At 9.00 a.m. on 9 September 2002, a general meeting of Lietuvos

Zemes Ukio Bankas AB shareholders took place at the Bank’s

headquarters at J. Basanaviciaus St. in Vilnius. The meeting has

resolved to:

1)elect Peter Juergen Schmidt member of the Supervisory Board of

the Bank.
