Trading in securities of Lifosa AB (code 11669) will be renewed on 2 October

2002. At the general shareholders’ meeting it was decided to reduce the

company’s authorised capital by annulling own shares acquired by the company

and by reducing the nominal value of shares (Decision of the Listing

Department, 01/10/2002).
