TRADING IN SECURITIES OF AB TRINYCIAI  WILL BE SUSPENDED



AB Trinyciai submitted a written notification to the NSEL that on 10 October

2002 documents for registration of the reduction of the authorized capital with

the Register of Enterprises will be filed with the manager of the Register of

Enterprises.

Following the decision of the Listing Department of 2 October 2002,

trading in securities of AB Trinyciai(code 11120) will be suspended from

10 October 2002 until the correction day of the general account at the

Central Securities Depository inclusive. NSEL Trading Rules, paragraph 61

(in order to protect investors’ interests. Reduction of the authorized capital

 by proportionally reducing holdings of all shareholders).
