CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

On 8 October 2002, the Management Board of Rokiskio Suris AB decided to convoke

a general meeting of Rokiskio Suris AB shareholders at noon (12.00) on

15 November 2002. The meeting will take place at Pramones g. 3, in Rokiskis.

Registration – at 10 a.m.

On the agenda:

1) expenditures of the company to acquire long-term assets in 2003-2004;

2) election of the Management Board of Rokiskio Suris AB.
