DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (21 OCTOBER 2002)



On 21 October 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange resolved to:

1) suspend trading in ORS of Stumbras SPAB (code 11943) due to the general

shareholders’ meeting from 30 October 2002 until the day the material event is

announced. Increase of the authorised capital.

2) admit securities of Panevezio Melioracija AB (code 11990, abbreviation PNML)

to a securities group within the Current List, the issuers of which seek to

buy-in their own shares and have no long-term intentions to quote their shares

on the Current List, as of 4 November 2002. Price fluctuation margins shall not

be applied.
