SUBMISSION OF BALANCE SHEET AND PROFIT(LOSS) STATEMENT FOR NINE MONTHS OF 2002

Mazeikiu Nafta AB will submit a balance sheet and a profit (loss) statement

for nine months of 2002 until 29 November 2002. Financial statements as of

31 October 2002 have not been prepared because a full financial audit for

nine months, which is being carried out upon the request of Yukos, will

be finished in November 2002.
