SALES OF VILNIAUS VINGIS AB

Sales volume in October of the current year reached LTL 13.6 million

(cf. LTL 13.2 million in October 2001). This year, the company sold

its products for LTL 128.5 million, or by 14.8% more than during the

corresponding period in 2001. In 2002, Vilniaus Vingis AB exported

its products for LTL 89.3 million. As compared to ten month period in 2001,

this year export of the company increased by LTL 13.1 million. More products

were exported to Germany (LTL 4.4 million), England (LTL 5.6 million).

New clients were discovered in Hungary (sales of LTL 8.8 million), China

(LTL 2.0 million), and Finland (LTL 0.3 million). This year, consumers in

the CIS countries acquired products of Vilniaus Vingis AB for LTL 5 million,

which is by LTL 0.2 million less than during ten months in 2001. In 2002, the

export level reaches 69.5% (in the period from January until October 2001,

this ratio did not exceed 68.0%). This year, Lithuanian consumers bought the

company’s products for LTL 39.2 million, or by LTL 3.4 million (9.7%) more than

during ten months in 2001. The statement of Vilniaus Vingis AB for nine months

of 2002 has been prepared, and it is available for the company’s shareholders

at the company’s headquarters at the Department of Finance Management and at

the finance brokerage company Finasta AB, at Ukmerges 41, in Vilnius.
