TEN-MONTH RESULT OF OPERATION OF GRIGISKES AB

During ten months of the current year, Grigiskes AB increased its sales

volumes by 8.3%, as compared with the corresponding period of the previous

year. During ten-month period of 2002, the company’s turnover reached

LTL 56 million, whereas last year (during the same period) it equaled

LTL 51.7 million. In October, Grigiskes AB sold its products for

LTL 6.4 million, which is by 3.2% more than in October 2001 (LTL 6.2 million).

During ten months of this year, Grigiskes AB generated net profit of

LTL 2,157,000, which is 2.2 times more than last year (LTL 985 thousand).

In October, net profit equaled LTL 404 thousand or by 23.5% more than

in October of the previous year (LTL 327 thousand).
