TRADING IN SECURITIES OF TRINYCIAI AB  WILL BE RENEWED



Trading in securities of Trinyciai AB (code 11120) will be renewed without

applying price fluctuation margins on December 2, 2002. Issue is reduced.

(Decision of the Listing Department, November 27, 2002).

The issue of AB Trinyciai will be reduced in the Central Securities Depository

of Lithuania on November 29, 2002. After the change, the size of the share

issue (code 11120) will be 4 920 107 securities. Par value will remain

unchanged at LTL 1. The total nominal value will be LTL 4 920 107 .
