VILNIAUS VINGIS AB SUCCESSFULLY PURSUES ITS TARGET FOR 2002

Sales volume in November of the current year reached LTL 12.9 million

(cf. LTL 14.00 million in November 2001).

This year, the company sold its products for LTL 141.4 million, or by

9.00 % more than during the corresponding period in 2001.

In 2002, Vilniaus Vingis AB exported its products for LTL 99.00 million.

As compared to eleven-month period in 2001, this year the company’s export

increased by LTL 9.00 million. More products were exported to Germany

(LTL 2.8 million), England (LTL 5.2 million). The company got new clients

from Hungary (the sales stood at LTL 10.5 million), China (LTL 2.0 million),

 and Finland (LTL 0.3 million). This year, consumers from the CIS countries

acquired Vilniaus Vingis AB products for LTL 5.4 million, which is by LTL 0.3

million less than during eleven months in 2001.

In 2002, the export level reached 70.0 % (in January - November 2001, this

ratio did not exceed 69.4%).

This year, Lithuanian consumers bought the company’s products for LTL 42.4

million, or by LTL 2.7 million (6.8%) more than during eleven months in 2001.
