DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (2 DECEMBER 2002)



On 2 December 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1) suspend central market trading in Sema AB ORS (code 11069) on 4 December

2002 in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’

meeting, which is to take place on 9 December 2002;

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of Vilniaus Degtine AB (code 11245)

and Alita AB (code 11865) on 11 December 2002 in order to protect interests of

investors due to the shareholders’ meetings, which are to take place on 16

December 2002;

3) suspend central market trading in ORS of Klaipedos Nafta AB (code 11165),

Naftos Terminalas AB (code 11166) and Anyksciu Vynas AB (code 11277) on

12 December 2002 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meetings, which are to take place on 17 December 2002;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of Lietuvos Elektrine AB (code 12635)

on 16 December 2002 in order to protect interests of investors due to

the shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 19 December 2002;

5) suspend central market trading in ORS of Mazeikiu Elektrine AB (code 12636)

and Stumbras AB (code 11943) on 17 December 2002 in order to protect interests

of investors due to the shareholders’ meetings, which are to take place on

20 December 2002;

6) suspend trading in ORS of Klaipedos Nafta AB (code 11165) from 17 December

2002 until the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’

meeting. Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary contributions;

7) suspend trading in Lietuvos Elektrine AB ORS (code 12635) from 19 December

2002 until the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’

meeting. Reduction of the authorised capital.
