TRADING IN SECURITIES OF KLAIPEDOS TRANSPORTO LAIVYNAS AB SUSPENDED



On 5 December 2002,trading in shares of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB

(code 11964) was suspended. In order to protect investors’ interests.

On 5 December 2002, the Privatisation Commission approved the programme of

privatisation. The price of LTL 0.46 per share was established (Decision of

the Listing Department, 5 December 2002).
