TRADING IN SECURITIES OF PUBLIC COMPANY STUMBRAS AB WILL BE RENEWED



On 12 December 2002, trading in securities of public company Stumbras AB

(code 11943) will be renewed without  applying price fluctuation margins.

The face value has been changed.

(Decision of the Listing Department, 9 December 2002).

On 11 December 2002, the face value of shares of public company Stumbras AB

will be changed at the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania. After the

change, the size of the share  issue (code 11943) will be 29660099 units of

securities of LTL 4 par value.  The total nominal value will be LTL 118640396.
