DECISION TO INCREASE THE AUTHORISED CAPITAL OF JOINT LITHUANIAN UKRAINIAN

ENTERPRISE SNAIGĖ – UKRAINA

A decision was passed at the meeting of the Board held on 16 December 2002

to increase the authorised capital of joint Lithuanian Ukrainian enterprise

Snaigė – Ukraina up to  LTL  809 000 (eight hundred nine thousand), of which

the share of Snaige would be LTL 800 910 (eight hundred thousand nine hundred

ten).
