Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of

Zemaitijos Pienas AB (code 12186) from 20 December 2002, inclusive,

assimilated issues  (decision of the Listing Department, 17 December 2002).

On 19 December 2002, at the Central Securities Depoasitory share issues of

Zemaitijos Pienas AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of the

issue 12186 will be 3700000 units, nominal value – LTL 10, the total nominal

value – LTL 37000000.
