DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (23 DECEMBER 2002)



On 23 December 2002, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)remove from the Current List and enter into the group of Unlisted

Securities subject to central market procedures ORS of Siauliu

Stumbras (code 11869) on 31 December 2002. Section 71.1 of the Trading Rules of

the Stock Exchange  (the issuer fails to meet the requirements set in the NSEL

Trading Rules);

2) suspend central market trading in ORS of Ekranas AB (code 10423),

on 13 January 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meetings, which is to take place on 16 January 2003.
