SALES OF VILNIAUS VINGIS AB PRODUCTS IN 2002

In 2002, Vilniaus Vingis AB sold products for LTL 152.4 million, which is

LTL 14.7 million or 10.7 percent more than in 2001. Production sales under

reporting exceed the target set in 2002 business plan by LTL 0.4 million.

Production exports reached LTL 107.4 million. In comparison with 2001, exports

in 2002  increased by  LTL 13.6 million.

More products were sold in Germany (LTL 2.2 million), England (LTL4.7 million),

and to new clients in Hungary (LTL 12.3 million), China (LTL 2.0 million), and

Finland (LTL 0.4 million). This year, sales to the consumers in the CIS reached

LTL 5.8 million, or LTL 0.4 million less than in 2001.  

The exports of the year amounted to 70.5 percent (in 2001 this ratio stood at

68.0  percent).

This year sales of products to the Lithuanian consumers amounted to LTL 45.2

million, which is LTL 1.2 million (or 2.7 percent) more than in 2001.
