The meeting of the Board of Pieno Žvaigždės AB discussed the company’s

budget for 2003. The Board members considered the prospective turnover

of Pieno Žvaigždės AB, which, together with Panevėžio Pienas AB, is to

reach LTL 396 million this year. In 2003 the company plans to earn profit.
