Trial pre-audit result of Kauno Energija AB of 2002 is profit amounting to

LTL 17.309.803. At the end of the accountable period (31 December 2002) all

liabilities and sums due exceeded the authorized capital by 1.91 times

(during one year short-term liabilities and sums due amounted to 0.73 share

of the authorized capital).
