2002 ACTIVITY RESULTS

In 2002, the turnover of Grigiškės AB amounted to LTL 68.5 million, which was

8.7 percent more than in 2001 (LTL 63 million). During the last month of 2002,

Grigiškės AB sold production for LTL 5.8 million, i.e. by 7.4 percent more than

in December of 2001 (LTL 5.4 million).

According to preliminary data, last year the company earned LTL 3.05 million

net profit. Compared with the data of 2001, the company’s profit index improved

in  2002 by 2.2 times (LTL 1.383 million). December of 2002 also was profitable

to the company, with profit amounting to LTL 300 thousand, which is 2.6 times

higher than the index of December 2001 (LTL 115 thousand).
