TRADING IN SECURITIES OF UTENOS TRIKOTAZAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED



Utenos Trikotazas AB submitted a written notification to the NSEL that on 18

February 2003 documents for registration of the reduction of the authorized

capital with the Register of Enterprises will be filed with the manager of the

Register of Enterprises.

Therefore trading in securities of Utenos Trikotazas AB (code 10932) will be

suspended from 13 February 2003 until the correction day of the general account

at the Central Securities Depository inclusive. NSEL Trading Rules, paragraph

24(in order to protect investors’ interests. Reduction of the authorized capital

by proportionally reducing holdings of all shareholders). (Decision of the

Listing Department of 11 February 2003).
