AMENDING OF THE BY-LAWS

On 25 February 2003, the State Land Cadastre and Register registered,

in accordance with Article 54(1.1-2.2)  of the Law on Companies of the

Republic of Lithuania, amendments to the company’s by-laws made due to

a reduction of the authorized capital. The authorized capital was reduced

to LTL 19 834 442.
