CONCERNING REMOVAL OF THE BOARD FROM POST AND ELECTION OF A NEW BOARD

On 7 March 2003, a meeting of the Supervisory Council of Vilniaus Degtinė AB

was held, which adopted a decision to remove the previous Board members from

post. The following persons were elected as new members of the Board: Antanas

Dobilas, Raimondas Petrauskas, Stanislovas Talat-Kelpša, Danutė Tirylienė,

Danutė Beganskienė.
