NOTIFICATION ABOUT THE LOSS OF THE BLOCK SHARES OF SANITAS AB



On 17 March 2003, Baltic Republic Fund Limited lost its all shares of

Sanitas AB. The notification regarding the loss of the block of shares

was submitted to the NSEL on 19 March 2003.
