DECISIONS OF THE NSEL MANAGEMENT BOARD (24 MARCH 2003)



On 24 March 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:



1) admit ORS of Kauno Tiekimas AB (code 10487, abbreviation KTIE) to the

Current List from 31 March 2003 without applying price fluctuation margins;

2) admit ORS of Pramprojektas AB (code 10321, abbreviation PRAM) to the Current

List from 31 March 2003 without applying price fluctuation margins;

3) admit ORS of Egles Sanatorija AB (code 11919, abbreviation ESAN) to a

securities group within the Current List, the issuers of which seek to buy-in

their own shares and have no long-term intentions to quote their shares on the

Current List, on 31 March 2003. Price fluctuation margins shall not be applied;

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas AB

(code 10426) and Klaipedos Juru Kroviniu Kompanija AB (code 11615) on 31 March

2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’

meetings, which are to take place on 3 April 2003;

5) suspend central market trading in Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB ORS

(code 11964) on 1 April 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due

to the shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 4 April 2003;

6) suspend central market trading in Linas AB ORS (code 10066) on 2 April 2003

in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’ meeting,

which is to take place on 7 April 2003;

7) suspend central market trading in Invalda AB ORS (code 10227) on 4 April

2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’

meeting, which is to take place on 9 April 2003;

8) suspend central market trading in Stumbras AB ORS (code 11943) on 8 April

2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the shareholders’

meeting, which is to take place on 11 April 2003;
