BOARD'S DECISIONS



On 3 April 2003, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas approved General Manager’s

Mr. Tapio Paarma request for resignation from the Company’s General Manager

position as of 30 April 2003 and appointed Mr. Kjell-Ove Blom as a new General

Manager of AB Lietuvos Telekomas from 1 May 2003.



The Board appointed Mr. Tapio Paarma to the temporary position of Senior

Advisor of the Company from 1 May 2003 until 31 December 2003.
