TRADING WILL BE RENEWED TO SHARES OF LIFOSA AB



On 22 April 2003, trading will be renewed to shares of Lifosa AB(code 11669).

At the meeting it was decided to reduce the authorized capital of the company

by annulling the acquired own shares and by decreasing the nominal value of

shares. (decision of the Listing Department of 18 April 2003).
