DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (28 APRIL 2003)



On 28 April 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Alytaus tekstilė AB (code 10090)

on 30 April 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 6 May 2003;

2) remove ORS of Grafobal Vilnius AB (code 10031) from the group of Unlisted

securities to which central market procedures are applied on 2 May 2003 , on

the basis of the Decision No. 34 of the NSEL Management Board as of 10 May 1999;

3) suspend trading in ORS of Alytaus tekstilė AB (code 10090) on 6 May 2003

until the day the material event is announced, due to the shareholders’

meeting. Increase of the authorized capital.

4) suspend central market trading in ORS of Klaipėdos transporto laivynas AB

(code 11964)on 7 May 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 12 May 2003.
