RESOLUTIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

On 30 April 2003, the company’s Supervisory Board resolved to accept the

resignation of Managing Director Audrius Šošas as of 30 April 2003. Arvydas

Kazakevičius is elected the new Managing Director of Sanitas AB as of 1 May

2003.
